In this engaging session, you will be introduced to the concept of values and its importance in your career and professional development. You will have an opportunity to reflect upon, identify and prioritize your values and motivators, and answer the question, “What’s important to me?”

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Define a value and describe why it is important
  • Articulate your values and prioritize which ones are most meaningful to you
  • Reflect on how your values influence your life
  • Determine your next steps now that you have this information

The session is geared towards UCSF students, but all current and former postdocs are welcome to attend.
